October 11, 2017 (Statesville, N.C.) — Gray Gaulding returns to BK Racing for multiple races beginning this weekend with the Alabama 500 at Talladega Superspeedway. Gaulding will also race the No.83 Toyota in the AAA Texas 500 on November 5 at Texas Motor Speedway.
Gaulding will make his second start at the 2.66-mile Talladega Superspeedway (TSS). Gaulding and the No.83 team will be lead by veteran crew chief Doug Richert. Richert has 36 MENCS starts at TSS including a top-5 finish with Dale Earnhardt in 1980.
Do not miss a minute of the action from Talladega Superspeedway, as the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series will have two practice sessions Friday, October 13 (12:00 – 12:55 p.m. and 2:00 – 2:55 p.m.) on track activity will continue with two rounds of single vehicle qualifying on Saturday afternoon at 3:15 p.m. all of which will air LIVE on NBCSN. On track activity will resume Sunday with the running of the Alabama 500 LIVE on NBC at 1:00 p.m. All times are listed in local central standard time.
